As a physician on our team, you’ll be part of a collaborative, patient-centred approach to delivering high-quality healthcare through innovative service channels. This includes chronic disease management, virtual consultations, and skilled nursing via our telehealth platform. Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations with patients, diagnosing and managing their health concerns remotely
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant medical and regulatory standards
• Schedule and conduct regular virtual follow-up appointments to assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and address any concerns
• Act as deputy responsible clinic manager when needed
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and medical standards.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a valid medical licence in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Completion of State Service Obligation (Devlet Hizmet Yükümlülüğü) is required
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, managing teams and clinic operations
• Specialisation in metabolic diseases, particularly diabetes and obesity, is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex patient cases
• Experience using telehealth platforms for Healthcare or EHR systems to manage patient data and consultations
• Strong knowledge of telehealth regulations, medical compliance, and best practices.
