Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects or tasks ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Appropriately setting and managing client expectations.
- Developing new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Coordination of regulatory documentation with ISO 13485
- Planning, executing and communicating Internal Regulatory Processes.
- Experience working in a SaMD environment is a big plus.
Qualifications:
- 2+ experience in project management or operations management
- Self-driven, analytical mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to utmost detail
- Knowledge and experience working on Regulatory Processes including ISO 13485 and Medical Device Regulations (MDR)
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
- Have knowledge of software development process and task/document management tools such as Jira, Notion, etc,
- Self-motivated, proactive teammate with innovative ideas
